FAST & ACCOMIDATING
I called on Friday am. My Volkswagen would not turn on. They arranged a tow truck. They called me and explained what was wrong, i gave them the go ahead. I picked up my car after work. The shop was really busy and they showed me my parts. They had some really expensive cars in there. I was impressed how fast they fixed my car and would definately go again. This is the place for your BMW
I took my 2003 BMW M3 to German Auto Kraft after I heard multiple loud noises from underneath the car. I also wanted to do a little work on the inside of my car. They realized that my RTAB's (rear trailing arm brushings) were worn out. They even showed me the part after replacing it and I was able to see the visible damage. The part was replaced and finished in a day. They also were able to order me new seats for the entire car, at a great price. I changed the interior from grey to black. Not only can they do routine service and check ups but they can also perform great customizing work. I would recommend this shop to any German car owner. Talk to Jeannine at the front desk. She is very friendly and I was able to reach her immediately over the phone, unlike any dealership. She is pretty good to look at as well, might I add. PROFESSIONAL, QUICK AND A GREAT VOLKSWAGEN REPAIR SHOP!
Really great shop! We received a flyer on our car. The check engine light came on. They told me it could be paid for by Volkswagen because our car is still on warranty.. Boardwalk treated us so terrible, rather than go back, I had GERMAN AUTOKRAFT replace the part. It cost us $325.00 dollars. I would rather pay them to fix it than go back to Volkswagen. They were quick - they fixed it the same day, professional and we appreciated the fact they told us we could have had the car repaired for free. We found a really great shop and we will refer them to anyone who has a Volkswagen or any German car. They even washed our car for free. Kid Glove Care at a fair price
"My recent experience at German Auto Kraft motivated me to write this review---they have really outdone themselves this time! I have been a customer for 12 years, and a devoted BMW fan for my adult life. They have always gone out of their way to take care of every question, every emergency and, most importantly, every thing about my BMW. But when tire manufacturers' (the good ones, of course) stopped producing the size tire that my 850ci takes, I went straight to them and asked them for help. As a complimentary (that means FREE) service, they combed the country for the tires, when they could not find the inventory from numerous places, they researched an alternate size for me that would maintain the performance and handling that I love. My cars have been impeccably maintained all these years, and are always hand washed after every service--which I love because I hate washing my cars! I just had to give you a big hand for this! You guys are great!!!!!" Read more at sanfrancisco.citysearch.com Pros: Expert mechanics, meticulous, personable, professional, go out of their way service!
Cons: I honestly can't think of any......

THE PARAGON OF ALL AUDI GARAGES
I have never written to City Search or any other review/comment browser. I felt compelled to inform my fellow AUDI OWNERS of my repair experience. I have an Audi A6. I am sure you know how difficult it is to find a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic and garage. After all my years of owning an Audi, I have finally found ?The Paragon ? of all garages. I have taken this car as well as my past Audi?s to all of the Audi dealers in the Bay Area. They take weeks to make an appointment and it is nearly impossible to speak with the advisor. I have asked if I can speak with the mechanic working on my car. No such luck. This time I had the proverbial check engine light. The A6 was shaking and my exhaust sounded like a diesel truck. I googled to find this shop and spoke with an advisor. They took my car immediately. One of the advisors showed me around the shop and gave me a ride home. I was contacted the next day ? (not days later). My advisor ( a women who is one of the owners), did let me speak to the mechanic, he was extremely professional, a really nice guy, they all were. My exhaust catalyst failed. I did have to wait a few days for the part. They took me into the shop (VERY CLEAN) and showed me my old exhaust catalyst. Now that was a first!. They even wrote me a hand written thank you note. I was so relieved to find German Auto Kraft, I highly recommend them to all AUDI Owners. They work on all German cars. Read more at sanfrancisco.citysearch.com Recommended: Yes
